Job Description: Live Chat Operator at Vibes Communications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through live chat to provide support answer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with navigating the website placing orders and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role
