Job Description: Chat Agent at Vibes Communications
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat to provide support answer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information troubleshooting and technical support
- Proactively reach out to customers to upsell products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Experience working in a chat support environment preferred
