We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Operator at Vibes Communications. As a leading provider of VoIP solutions we need someone who can effectively communicate with our customers to provide support and assistance through our live chat feature.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information answer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Assist customers with setting up accounts troubleshooting technical problems and navigating our services.
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions feedback and complaints for further analysis and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of VoIP technology and customer service principles.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software.
