We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Operator at Vibes Communications. As a leading provider of VoIP solutions we need someone who can effectively communicate with our customers to provide support and assistance through our live chat feature.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information answer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with setting up accounts troubleshooting technical problems and navigating our services.
- Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions feedback and complaints for further analysis and improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of VoIP technology and customer service principles.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software.
