Job Description: Operations Assistant at Compass Realty Inc
The Operations Assistant at Compass Realty Inc supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a real estate office. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth business operations by coordinating transactions maintaining records assisting agents and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with real estate transaction coordination from listing to closing
- Prepare review and organize contracts agreements and property documents
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Schedule appointments property showings inspections and meetings
- Support agents with listing management (MLS input marketing materials etc.)
- Communicate with clients vendors lenders and title companies
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
- Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing efforts (email campaigns social media posts flyers)
- Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries professionally
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
- Previous administrative or real estate experience is a plus
- Familiarity with MLS systems CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service-oriented mindset
