We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Vibes Communications. As a leading provider of VoIP solutions we are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist clients with setting up and configuring their VoIP systems
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to use our services effectively
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of VoIP technology and telecommunication systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance role
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
