We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Vibes Communications. As a leading provider of VoIP solutions we are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone email and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist clients with setting up and configuring their VoIP systems
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to use our services effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of VoIP technology and telecommunication systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance role
  • Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
