Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers remotely assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving related to positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions.
- Offer timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues as needed.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Experience in providing technical support or customer service in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Experience working with positioning guidance and imaging solutions is a plus.
