Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Technical Support professional to join our team at Measutronics. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the marine construction and dredging industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to clients using our positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Assist clients with software installations and updates
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical problems
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our products effectively
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the marine industry
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in technical support within the marine industry
- Experience with marine construction or dredging operations
- Knowledge of positioning and guidance systems
