Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support to Measutronics employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install configure and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations and provide basic training when required.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems including network connectivity and security.
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience working in IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware software and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Experience providing remote support to users in a corporate environment.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus.
