Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients remotely for positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document support processes procedures and solutions for future reference.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as IT Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of positioning systems guidance technology and underwater imaging.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Experience with marine construction or dredging operations is a plus.
