Job Description: Online Help Desk Agent at Measutronics
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to customers regarding positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via online channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the help desk system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using online support tools and help desk software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desired Experience:
Maximum of 2 years of experience in a similar online help desk agent role.
