Job Description: Online Help Desk Agent at Measutronics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide online support to customers regarding positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via online channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in the help desk system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using online support tools and help desk software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desired Experience:

Maximum of 2 years of experience in a similar online help desk agent role.
