  • Provide online support to customers regarding positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions
  • Answer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through various digital channels
  • Document and track customer interactions using the help desk system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate solutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in online communication tools and help desk software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Desired Experience:
