Executive Assistant to Managing Director Fast-Track Your Corporate Career
Location: Bandar Sunway Subang Jaya (Near BRT & Sunway College)
Salary: RM 2800 RM 3500
Level: Fresh Graduates Welcome

Key Responsibilities
Executive Coordination
Manage the Managing Directors calendar meetings and travel arrangements
Ensure daily schedules run smoothly and efficiently
Strategic Communication
Draft professional emails reports and presentations
Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain structured document and filing systems
Assist with reporting documentation and executive task tracking
Requirements
We are seeking Malaysian candidates with strong communication skills and high professional integrity.
You should have:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Communications or related field
Strong command of English and Malay
Mandarin or other languages are an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
