Sales Consultant Surgical Supplies (Arthroplasty / Spinal)

Are you a high-performing sales professional with experience in surgical environments and a passion for building meaningful client relationships.

A leading player in the surgical supplies sector is looking to appoint a Sales Consultant who can drive revenue growth support healthcare professionals in theatre and deliver exceptional client service. This role suits an individual who thrives in a target-driven high-pressure environment and is confident engaging with surgeons and clinical teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular well-planned client visits.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Handle customer queries feedback and complaints effectively.
  • Manage and monitor consignment stock at hospitals (including monthly stock takes).
  • Represent the company at congresses expos and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities customer expectations and market feedback.
  • Uphold and enhance the companys brand and reputation.

What Youll Be Responsible For:
  • Managing client relationships and sales activities within your territory.
  • Driving revenue growth in line with company budgets.
  • Monitoring stock levels at hospitals and reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to payment terms.
  • Acting as a key link between the company and its customers.


Requirements

  • Monitor hospital stock levels and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to payment terms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare clients.

Experience & Knowledge
  • Proven sales experience in Arthroplasty and/or Spinal (essential)
  • Strong understanding of theatre environments and procedures (CRICE training advantageous)
  • Background in medical/surgical sales and product marketing.
  • Exposure to congresses expos and industry engagement.
  • Solid planning organisational and territory management capability.

Exposure to congresses expos and industry networking. Basic management planning and organisational knowledge. Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. High emotional intelligence and the ability to read client needs. Passion for sales and product representation.
