Key Responsibilities

Design and implement campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform positioning and pricing.
Oversee digital marketing trade shows and promotional initiatives.
Team Management
Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Set clear KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
7 10 years experience in sales and marketing ideally within FMCG industrial or construction sectors.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across multicultural and multinational environments.
