Responsibilities
Support managers across the APAC region with day-to-day people matters including performance management employee relations engagement and development in partnership with HRBPs.
Assist in organisational changes workforce planning and talent initiatives while supporting hiring processes performance review cycles and learning & development programs.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across APAC ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
Maintain accurate employee data documentation and support contract changes probation reviews and internal mobility.
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the region.
Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including new hires exits salary changes leave and bonuses while liaising with payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support benefits administration payroll audits compliance requirements and ensure adherence to local labour laws across APAC countries.
Contribute to employee engagement inclusion and wellbeing initiatives while maintaining HR reporting and supporting audits.
Requirements
36 years in a generalist HR role
Exposure to HRBP activities and employee relations
Experience supporting payroll processes
Experience supporting multi-country HR operations preferred
Strong stakeholder management
High attention to detail
Ability to balance strategic and operational tasks
Strong communication skills
Cultural awareness and ability to work across regions
