Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Salary – Fresher – 15000/month
Experienced – Up to 25000/month
Incentives – 15000 – 20000/month

Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as Non-IT
Recruiters. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for client mandates across non-technical domains
such as Sales Marketing Finance Operations HR and more. This is a high-energy target-driven role
with excellent earning potential through monthly incentives.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and prepare accurate job briefs for Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed Apna) referrals and social
media
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker on a daily basis
• Follow up with candidates through the offer and onboarding stages
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Achieve monthly targets for profiles sourced interviews scheduled and positions closed
• Coordinate with clients for feedback offer rollouts and joining confirmations
• Generate leads and develop new client relationships (added advantage)
Eligibility & Requirements
• Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA / / BA / BSc / MBA preferred)
• Freshers welcome — training will be provided; prior internship in HR/recruitment is a plus
• Experienced candidates: 6 months – 3 years in non-IT recruitment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer proficiency: MS Excel Google Sheets email communication
• Familiarity with Naukri LinkedIn or other job portals is an advantage
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines
• Must be based in Jaipur or willing to work from CBI Phatak office
Compensation & Benefits
Component Details
Fixed Salary (Fresher) 15000 per month
Fixed Salary (Experienced) Up to 25000 per month (based on experience)
Monthly Performance Incentive 15000 – 20000 per month (target-linked)
Total Earning Potential Up to 45000/month for high performers
