Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our clients team. Role will be based in Victoria Falls.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of the hotels financial records.
  • Implementation of the hotels standard operating procedures.
  • Production of monthly quarterly half-yearly and annual financial statements and management accounts.
  • Management of the hotels tax affairs.
  • Management of internal and external audits.
  • Supervision of the accounting department.
Key Skills:
  • At least 5 years experience as a Finance Manager or similar position for a medium-sized organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
  • Strong organisational motivational problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Enthusiastic energetic adaptable motivating and proactive
  • Team player focusing on quality consistency service delivery and cost consciousness.
  • Professional presentable and able to interact with all levels of staff VIPs guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Have completed Articles of Clerkship either in an Accounting firm or under the TOPP programme.
  • Clean Class 4 Drivers licence.
