The successful candidate will primarily manage relationships within hotels restaurants and catering establishments while also supporting retail sales activities within the Victoria Falls market.

- Develop and manage relationships with food service customers.
- Conduct regular sales calls and customer visits.
- Engage and communicate effectively with Chefs Hotel & Restaurant Managers Procurement Personnel Food & Beverage Managers etc.
- Drive sales growth across assigned accounts.
- Identify new business and market development opportunities.
- Promote product awareness and product applications.
- Provide product guidance and usage recommendations.
- Gather and report market intelligence.
- Liaise with internal departments (operations despatch accounts invoicing).
- Ensure order accuracy and timely processing.
- Assist with stock takes when required.
- Submit activity and performance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
