Marketing Specialist EMEA
Reporting to the EMEA Marketing VP you will have the opportunity to provide high impact operational and administrative support to keep EMEA ABM and Advocacy programs moving fast. This role is the force multiplier for planning coordination QA and follow through.
Your Day to Day
- Program coordination: timelines stakeholder check ins meeting notes action tracking and weekly status visibility.
- ABM operations support: list hygiene and uploads invitation sends and RSVP trackingwebinarand virtual event set up landing page QA and asset readiness checks.
- Roundtablelogistics: venue and vendor coordination attendee management day of run of show support and post event follow up tracking.
- Advocacy operations: awards calendar tracking customerapprovalsrouting speakerlogistics and content intake coordination with agencies.
- Budget and procurement support: PO tracking invoice routing vendor onboarding coordination and simple budget hygiene.
- Reporting support: pull standard dashboards and trackers for leadership readouts.
What you bring
- 2 to 3 years in marketing coordination program ops events or executive support in a B2B environment.
- Strong attention to detail calm under pressure and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable with common marketing tools and process work and quick to learn new systems.
- Clear communicator who can chase actions without friction and keep teams aligned.
