Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies within the designated area to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company branding.
- Provide feedback and reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the companys products and services.
Requirements:
- Strong desire to build a career in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Valid drivers license.
