Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication programs.
- Support talent acquisition processes including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with senior team members.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR programs and policies in a timely manner.
- Support the organization of company events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in HR or people management preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
