Job Summary

Job Title: Client Services Executive

Job Description:

Client Services Executive will play a key role by focusing on Fetch Sky valued customers in banking sector and other financial institutions in Pakistan. The individual will be responsible to ensure client satisfaction retention and expansion of our product and services with assigned customer base in the domain.


Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Manage strong relationship with customers leading to a high satisfaction level and customer growth through an effective communication over emails/calls/visits

Ensure responsiveness on client queries over calls/emails and resolution of the assigned tasks

Generate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

Setup weekly/monthly reports for assigned customers

Ensure timely delivery of customers assignments in coordination with cross functional teams as per the requirement

Setup meetings with clients to resolve any critical issues and identify opportunities to ensure customer requirement is fulfilled

Resolution of customers issues through an issue tracking system (JIRA)

Ensure to keep records of customers correspondence and issues on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Qualification Criteria:


Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent

2-3 years of experience in handling customers or as a key account manager

Understanding of client services department and its operations

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word Excel and PowerPoint)

Able to work independently

Proficient in English (speaking/writing)

Professional communication skill
