Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Executive Benefits & EOR Servicesto manage employee documentation payroll coordination compliance processes and client support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations payroll handling and compliance management along with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employee letters contracts ID cards and maintain personnel files
  • Support payroll invoice preparation and reconciliation
  • Coordinate salary disbursement with Finance Sales Legal and Compliance teams
  • Respond to client and employee queries related to payroll compliance and benefits
  • Manage verification requests including employment letters pay slips and confirmations
  • Provide frontline support to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare data for statutory registrations and compliance reporting
  • Handle EOBI and Social Security cases in a timely manner
  • Process employee insurance registrations cancellations and renewals
  • Create and manage client invoices aligned with payroll and services delivered
  • Maintain invoice records and ensure proper documentation
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to the Team Head
  • Execute assigned projects with quality and within timelines
  • Prepare MIS reports and operational data for management review
  • Support internal and external audits through documentation and data provision

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 35 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / Payroll
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel Word etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
