TS/SCI Clearance Required
ACES is seeking a Strategic Communication Expert to support strategic communications and stakeholder engagement efforts. The candidate will develop executive-level briefings talking points reports and communication strategies that enhance visibility and effectiveness of workforce programs. This role requires strong writing skills attention to detail and the ability to translate complex initiatives into clear concise messaging for senior leaders and external stakeholders. OPPORTUNITY
- Contract Length: 5 years - have been supporting client for over 15 years.
- Work Location: Onsite at Mark Center (Arlington VA)
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
- Education/Experience: Bachelors with 5 years in relevant field experience
- Start Date: May/June 2026
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop executive briefings talking points and communication materials
- Support strategic communication planning and execution
- Create reports white papers and outreach materials for workforce programs
- Coordinate messaging across stakeholders and organizations
- Support digital communication efforts including web and social media content
- Assist in planning and executing outreach and engagement initiatives
- Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging with organizational priorities
- Experience supporting executive communications in DoW or federal environments
- Exceptional writing editing and presentation skills
- Experience developing strategic communication plans
- Ability to work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
