Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Imaging Consultant partners with healthcare organizations to assess optimize and transform radiology and imaging service operations. This role provides strategic operational and regulatory guidance to improve performance patient experience and financial outcomes across imaging departments.
Working closely with executive leadership and clinical stakeholders the consultant evaluates current-state operations identifies gaps and implements high-impact solutions aligned with organizational goals. Engagements may include operational assessments performance improvement initiatives regulatory readiness and service line optimization.
Required Skills
Radiology and imaging services operations (Radiography Fluoroscopy CT MRI Nuclear Medicine PET Ultrasound)
Regulatory standards (CMS CIHQ HIPAA state licensing requirements)
Performance improvement methodologies (PDCA Lean principles)
