We are seeking a motivated and professional Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity located in Orange CA with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Job Details
- Salary: $50000 to $150000 per year
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Orange CA 92867
Work Schedule
- Flexible work schedule 4-5 days per week
- Ability to take up to 7 consecutive days off per month
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to identify vehicle preferences including make model and features.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on test drives.
- Research availability of models and options using computer databases.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price tax trade-in allowances license fees and financing or lease terms.
- Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot.
- Complete sales paperwork and coordinate delivery and vehicle registration.
- Deliver the vehicle to customers and provide orientation on its features.
- Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

- One year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Organized with thorough follow-up skills to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division using whole numbers fractions and decimals.
- Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
