Job summary
The purpose of this recruitment is to strengthen our sales team and enhance our market reach in the healthcare sector. We are targeting candidates with a medical science-related academic background (e.g. Medical Science Biomedical Engineering) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in hemodialysis product sales. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills technical expertise in dialysis treatments and a proven ability to achieve sales targets
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Develop potential customers and to enhance Sancare brand recognition in your area of work
- Be familiar with the customer information in your market and manage the customers at different levels; Report weekly to the sales manager.
- Take charge of the follow-up and cultivation of the existing customers if any and follow the order process
- Take charge of making trip schedules implementing and tracking results from work
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support when needed
- Promote and sell hemodialysis products to hospitals clinics and dialysis centers.
- Build relationships with nephrologists nurses and procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Bio-medical medical Science Biomedical engineering
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in IVD product /Hemodialysis or related medical diagnostics
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- To be able to travel frequently
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills with strong resistance to pressure.
Benefits
Salary: 350000 net (negotiable with the client based on candidate quality)
