Proceed the Human Resources procedures for employees expatriate experts update information on the system and save personnel profiles including: welcome onboard labor contracts and addendum etc.
Deploy Human Resources activities (policy benefits assessment orientation training etc.) at relevant Divisions as planned.
Support Manager in preparing and controlling HR budgets.
Implement Compensation Benefits scheme
Periodic or unexpected HR Reports as per requests of the Leaders.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
5 years of experience in HR Service Operation preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of compensation practices benefits administration and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel).
Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of labor laws regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
