Job Summary
- Proven experience as a Director of F&B in luxury resorts 5-star hotels or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Strong expertise in multi-outlet operations luxury dining concepts and high-volume banquets.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation P&L management and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership communication and team-building skills.
- High standards for service presentation and guest experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume luxury environment with international client.
Qualifications :
- F&B strategy development and operational leadership.
- Menu engineering culinary trends and beverage program management.
- Revenue management cost control and P&L accountability.
- Luxury guest experience design and service standards.
- Team leadership talent development and performance management.
