- Established network within luxury consortia such as Virtuoso American Express FHR Signature and Traveller Made.
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury distribution channels and high-end traveler expectations.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.

- Strong command of global distribution and consortia channels including GDS CRS and luxury networks (e.g. Virtuoso Amex FHR).

- Solid financial and analytical acumen including budgeting ROI evaluation and performance tracking.
