Job Title : Financial Analyst (Business Development)
Job description :
Role & responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Real Estate working with the Business Development Team.
- Should have an overall idea of the business.
- Should have handled adequate transactions.
- Conduct advanced financial modeling including revenue forecasting IRR analysis and cash flow projections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should have handled the similar profile in real estate firms or lending firms to real estate projects.
- Candidates who have worked into Real Estate Business Development team or with global real estate service giants who dominate property management leasing capital markets and advisory services or IPC (International Property Consultant)
- Should be confident in spoken and written communication in English.
- Minimum Education Qualification : Graduation
- Should have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
