The Senior Manager Franchise Communications will lead U.S. brand and franchise communications across Galdermas three business units: Dermatological Skincare Injectable Aesthetics and Therapeutic Dermatology. This role drives integrated communications strategies that elevate brand visibility support major product launches and strengthen scientific and clinical storytelling.The position develops proactive earned media opportunities and ensures consistenthigh-qualitycommunications across consumer professional and medical audiences. This highly visible role influencescross functionalpartners and plays a critical part in shaping how Galderma shows up in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development 30%
Serve as a strategic communications partner to brand teams across all three business units.
Develop integrated communications strategies that drive brand visibility support launches and enhance franchise storytelling.
Identifycrossfranchisestorytelling opportunities that reinforce Galdermas Integrated Dermatology Strategy.
Embed early with BU teams toanticipateneeds elevate communications thinking and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Content & Storytelling 25%
Shape proactiveearned media opportunities across consumer beauty aesthetics health medical and trade outletsto strengthen brand presence and awareness.
Develop messaging frameworkspress releases Q&As and media materialsthat accurately reflect scientific clinical and product narratives.
Createcommunicationstoolkits and content assets that can be activated across earned social digital and internal channels.
Support content needs for key events congresses HCP engagements and national meetings.
Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility 20%
Identifyand secureopportunities for medical experts brand leaders and U.S. executives to build visibilityand reinforcebrand leadership.
Prepare spokespeople formedia interviews conferences and speaking engagements aligned with strategicpriorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration 25%
Partnerclosely with Marketing Medical Affairs Legal Regulatory HR and otherteams toensureaccurate consistentcommunications.
Drivealignment across all business units andensure cohesive external representation of Galderma.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Public Relations Marketing or relatedfield.
710 years of experience in PR brand communications or franchise communications ideallywithin regulated industries such asdermatologyaestheticsconsumer healthpharma or medical devices.
Strong experience supporting brandand productlaunches earned mediastrategy and scientific/data storytelling.
Excellent writing messaging and storytelling skills.
Provencross-functional influence andability to work effectivelywith commercial and medical teams.
Experience collaborating with external PR or communications agencies.
Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in Miami with regular in-person collaboration.
