Senior Manager Analog Engineering

Job Summary
- Work with the product definition and marketing team to develop a specification that gives the product a competitive advantage in the IC market
- Develop the products system architecture to optimize performance power and die size
- Specify the requirements of individual IPs used in the product
- Work with the project manager to define a development plan for design verification and layout
- Develop a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan
- Lead a high-quality product development by ensuring that best practices are followed through thorough peer reviews and detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development product engineering bench evaluation and quality assurance
- Mentor and develop your team
Qualifications :
- MSEE 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design
- Fully competent in all common aspects of analog design
- Design experience in precision analog circuitry
- Design experience in power management circuits and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes)
- Ability to develop system architectures
- Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations
- Knowledge of all aspects of IC development beyond analog design to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams: understanding the basic digital design flow packaging test engineering quality assurance and product engineering
- Ability to see the big picture while not losing track of details
- Excellent communication skills to operate in a global environment
- Coaching mentoring and development of team members
Additional Information :
The expected annual pay range for this position is a base range of $225000K - $275000K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
