Our client a high-end luxury company seeks to employ a Head of Jewellrey
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and manage the fine jewellery collection (diamonds colored gemstones etc.).
- Drive sales through HNI relationship management and exclusive trunk shows.
- Develop the Jewelry sales teams product knowledge and selling skills.
- Manage supplier relationships and the category P&L.
- Ensure all pieces meet quality standards and authenticity.
- Work with the marketing team to create high-end catalogs and look books.
- Oversee the security and insurance of the jewellery inventory.
- Provide expert advice to clients on bespoke and custom-made pieces.
- Monitor market trends in fine jewelry and gemstone pricing.
- Collaborate with the Head of Watches on cross-category promotions.
Requirements
- . in any field. Professional gemological qualification (GIA FGA or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years in Jewelry management.
- Fine Jewelry Retail High-End Auction Houses (Sothebys/Christies) or Luxury Brand Management.
- Gemological knowledge and grading.
- HNI networking and clientele.
- Category management and buying.
- Team leadership and mentoring.
- Visual presentation and merchandising.
- Understanding of Jewelery manufacturing.
- High-level negotiation.
Required Skills:
