Our client a high-end luxury company seeks to employ a Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training modules on watch mechanisms Jewelry craftsmanship and brand heritage (Rolex Cartier etc.).
- Develop "Client Experience" training to ensure world-class service standards.
- Assess sales team competencies and identify skill gaps through mystery shopping.
- Onboard new joiners with comprehensive product and service standards.
- Create e-learning content and training manuals for the academy.
- Coordinate with brand principals for certified training programs.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments and sales performance data.
- Organize refresher courses and continuous professional development sessions.
- Stay updated on new product launches and create corresponding training material.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and curiosity about luxury goods.
Requirements
- . in Education Psychology HR or related field. A training certification (CIPD CIPM etc.) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in training preferably with a product focus.
- Luxury Retail Training Hospitality Training Institutes Watch/Jewelry Brands (as a trainer) or Airline Service Training.
- Curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Coaching and mentoring.
- Product passion and technical knowledge.
- Assessment and evaluation skills.
- Patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in creating digital learning content.
