Job Summary
Our Client
Our client a high-end luxury company seeks to employ a Head of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain from port clearance to last-mile delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies SON/Customs regulations and safety standards.
- Drive operational efficiency across all boutiques to enhance customer experience.
- Manage the inventory control analysis and warehouse teams.
- Implement systems and technology to reduce shrinkage and improve turnaround times.
- Develop and monitor key operational KPIs (delivery times stock accuracy costs).
- Lead the annual stock-taking exercise across all locations.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers and service vendors.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to manage operational budgets.
- Ensure business continuity planning and risk management strategies are in place.
Requirements
- . in Engineering Logistics Business Administration or related field. An MBA or Masters in Supply Chain is required.
- Minimum 15 years in operations with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
- Industry Background: Luxury Retail Operations Logistics/Supply Chain Management or FMCG Distribution.
- Process optimization and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strategic planning and forecasting.
- Logistics and freight management.
- Team leadership and organizational design.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Risk management and compliance.
- ERP systems implementation and management.
Required Skills:
