We are seeking a skilled Pricing Consultant (Senior Business Strategy Consultant) to join our India - GPP Strategy -Enterprise Strategy Division.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Chennai - Brigade World Trade Centre

What you will do

As a Senior Business Strategy Consultant within the Global Parts Pricing (GPP) Strategy team you will lead strategic initiatives that drive business performance across a global organization. This role blends strategic thinking with pricing knowledge requiring leadership presence to influence direction guide decision-making and drive meaningful progress. You will gain broad exposure to pricing strategy senior stakeholders and crossfunctional collaboration with opportunities to increase responsibility. This position is ideal for professionals who take initiative and ownership of their work.

  • Manage cross-functional project teams fostering collaboration and momentum toward shared business goals
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business stakeholders tailoring messages as needed
  • Track interdependence across multiple initiatives and proactively identify risks issues and opportunities
  • Develop structured frameworks and analyses to help clarify complex or ambiguous business challenges
  • Partner with stakeholders at varying levels to manage expectations priorities and deliverables
  • Plan and facilitate team meetings working sessions and/or workshops to drive progress and alignment
  • Deploy change management to ensure successful adoption of processes tools and/or strategies

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools techniques and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion goal or judgment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of big picture thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of pricing and / or aftermarket function
  • Demonstrated initiative strong problemsolving skills and the ability to take ownership of work
  • Experience working with global teams and within a matrixed organization
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn adapt and continuously improve
  • This position requires limited travel (up to 5% of working time).
  • This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
