Job Title: JDA Demand & Fulfillment Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated JDA Demand & Fulfillment Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand and Fulfillment modules with a strong understanding of supply chain processes forecasting and replenishment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement configure and support JDA Demand and Fulfillment solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and configure forecasting models demand planning and replenishment strategies.
- Perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy for demand planning processes.
- Support integration between JDA and upstream/downstream systems (ERP WMS etc.).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct system testing (unit integration UAT) and support deployment activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Continuously improve planning processes and system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in JDA / Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfillment modules.
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning Forecasting and Supply Planning concepts.
- Experience in configuration implementation and support projects.
- Good knowledge of supply chain processes (forecasting replenishment inventory optimization).
- Hands-on experience with SQL data analysis and data validation.
- Familiarity with integration tools and ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Blue Yonder Luminate Platform.
- Knowledge of advanced forecasting techniques or statistical models.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in retail manufacturing or FMCG domains.
