Job Summary

About the role:

Were looking for a proactive and wellorganised Facilities Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our buildings are safe compliant and wellmaintained.

In this role youll support the Facilities Manager and wider team with the smooth running of essential services across our offices and supported accommodation. Your work will help keep our properties safe efficient and ready to meet the needs of colleagues and service users.

Were looking for someone who is organised positive and great at building relationships. Youll enjoy problemsolving working independently when needed and helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role requires

Coordinatingkey building safety and compliance tasks.
Support maintenance activities from responsive repairs to planned works.
Liaisingwith internal teams contractors and external partners.
Assisting with onboarding contractors
Supporting the maintenance team with triaging maintenance repairs and support them with achieving the required timeframes.
Keeping systems updated monitor KPIs and provide reports as needed.
Contributingto a positive health & safety culture across all sites.

Working pattern:Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pmwith some flexibility required.
