Job Summary

THE ROLE

To provide administrative and co-ordination support to the Operations team. Requiring a highly organised and motivated individual managing the day-to-day functions within the Operations department.

As a rapidly growing business no to days are ever the same so what you do will vary from time to time. The nature of the business and its pace mean priorities do change you will need to be comfortable with this.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and print Job packs for the Site Teams ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Attending internal programme meetings Taking minutes and actions.
  • Managing the completion of actions with the relevant team members.
  • Proactively communicate with operational site staff tracking performance and ensuring timely submission of documentation such as site diaries record sheets and timesheets.
  • Coordinate lead times with procurement team and assist with material approvals.


Candidate Profile

  • Open minded ad supportive team player with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient at prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative attitude and approach about getting the best out of yourself and the team.
  • A skilled communicator and able to build sound relationships with people at all levels.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and help implement solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Follow all associated MSF Policies and Procedures.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
