The role of the Zonal Control Managers is to ensure the running of efficient branch operations in alignment with the organizations goals and objectives. The team is responsible for providing advisory support to the branches gauge their adherence levels to organizational/regulatory rules and procedures and minimize exposure due to operational lapses errors and misconduct that could lead to reputational damage.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: Minimum of a First Degree in any course from an accredited University.
- Advanced/Professional Degree in Business or related Field and relevant certifications to the job role i.e. CFE CISA PMI-RMP CRMP etc is desirable.
Experience Required.
- Minimum of 5-7years experience in internal control risk audit or compliance within a regulated financial services environment with strong exposure to branch operations and regulatory oversight.
- Applicants should understand and have experience in the financial service sector (Pension Industry) operations.
- Applicants must understand operational transactions all products and improve overall experience.
