Job Summary
Job Title: Salon Manager
Location: Orchid Lekki Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Monday Saturday (final terms to be discussed with the employer)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and business-driven Salon Manager to oversee daily operations drive growth and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a proven ability to scale and manage a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experience
- Lead manage and develop staff to maintain high performance and service standards
- Design and implement operational systems and processes for smooth workflow
- Manage inventory stock levels and supplier relationships effectively
- Oversee financial activities including budgeting revenue tracking and cost control
- Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue and customer retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand loyalty
- Identify and recruit top talent while expanding the salons talent pool
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional welcoming environment

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 5 years experience as a Salon Manager or Beauty Operations Manager
- HND/BSc in a relevant field
- Strong experience in:

- Systems & Process Development
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Financial Management
- Business Development & Growth Strategy
- Customer & Relationship Management
- People Management
- Proven track record of building growing and managing a business successfully
- Ability to both build structure and execute operationally
- Open to candidates from adjacent industries with transferable operational and leadership experience
- Presentable and professional appearance
