Our client a high-end luxury company seeks to employ a Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute localized marketing and sales plans for both brands.
- Manage category performance including stock selection pricing and merchandising.
- Train the sales team on product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Liaise with principals/brands on compliance reporting and stock ordering.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities for each brand.
- Plan and execute brand-specific events and activations.
- Monitor competitor activity within the jewelry and writing instrument categories.
- Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient spend.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create impactful displays.
- Prepare monthly brand performance reports for management and principals.
Requirements
- . in Marketing Business Administration or Communications. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in Brand or Category management.
- Industry Background: FMCG (Marketing) Premium Retail (Category Buyer) or Luxury Cosmetics.
- Brand strategy and positioning.
- Category analysis and financial acumen.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation.
- Product training and presentation.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Project management.
Required Skills:
