Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the corporate communications strategy.
- Oversee internal communications to engage employees across all branches.
- Manage external stakeholder communications (investors partners regulators).
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all corporate channels.
- Draft speeches and presentations for the Managing Director.
- Produce the annual corporate report and company newsletters.
- Manage the corporate website content and investor relations portal.
- Oversee the PR team and external communications agencies.
- Monitor industry trends and advise on reputational risks.
- Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and communications.
Requirements
- . in Mass Communication English or related field. Masters degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years in corporate communications.
- Corporate Organizations (Banking Telecoms Oil & Gas) Multinationals or PR Agencies.
- Strategic communication planning.
- Stakeholder mapping and management.
- Internal communication and employee engagement.
- Crisis and issues management.
- Executive profiling and speech writing.
- Corporate governance and reporting.
- Media relations.
Required Skills:
