Job Summary

Our Client

Our client a high-end luxury company seeks to employ a Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the receipt storage and dispatch of high-value stock.
Implement stringent security protocols and CCTV monitoring for high-value items.
Oversee delivery schedules and inventory transfers between branches.
Manage the warehouse team (Ops Officers) and ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct regular cycle counts and quarterly audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners for import shipments.
Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments.
Investigate and report any incidents of loss damage or theft.

Requirements

. or HND in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or Transport Management.
Minimum 7 years in warehouse management preferably with high-value or sensitive goods.
Industry Background: Luxury Retail Logistics High-Security Logistics Firms Pharmaceutical Distribution or Banking Cash-in-Transit operations.
Inventory management systems (ERP/SAP).
Security and risk management protocols.
Logistics planning and route optimization.
Team leadership and delegation.
Problem-solving under pressure.
Knowledge of customs and excise regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software.

Required Skills:
