Requirements
- Grade E / level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 4 years relevant secretarial or administrative experience preferably in a large or public organisations
- Experience supporting senior executives is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Good organizational time management and multitasking skills with strong awareness on confidentialty and professionalism
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to management and team members
- Manage calendars appointments meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare proofread and format correspondence reports presentations and meeting minutes
- Handle internal and external communications professionally including phone calls emails and visitors
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas arrange logistics and follow up on action items
- Maintain proper filing systems (both electronic and physical) and ensure confidentiality of information
- Assist in document control record management and compliance with corporate policies
- Provide departmental administration support such as procurement requests expense claims and workflow coordination
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties including vendors consultants and business partners
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
