Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution in close collaboration with the vendor overseeing all phases from budgeting scheduling development implementation and final rollout
- Provide cost control and analytical support for the overall programme including the development and maintenance of detailed project estimates budgets and resource plans
- Recommend process improvements by applying advanced technologies and industry best practices to boost effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain transparent project status reporting deliver clear updates to stakeholders and align programme requirements with service provider capabilities
- Monitor and assess the performance of the primary system integrator ensuring compliance with quality standards and programme baselines
- Review deliverables against predefined criteria to support the achievement of project goals
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology / Finance / or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in IT project implementation
- Possession of a professional qualifications in Finance (such as Certified Public Accountant) or Project management will be advantage
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale Oracle ERP systems and business transformation projects preferred
- Strong skills in project management stakeholder management vendor management and problem-solving
- Solid in-house functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance Procurement and Supply Chain or Inventory Management
- Excellent interpersonal influencing and communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese
