At PwC our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry helping them optimise their property portfolios and maximise returns. These individuals handle property acquisitions leasing asset management and development projects.

In facilities and infrastructure management at PwC you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces including maintenance security and space planning. You will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and productive environment for employees and clients.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support for National Head (Business Services)

  • Calendar & Time Optimization:Managing complex schedules and prioritizing high-impact meetings.
  • Executive Communication:Drafting high-level correspondence and acting as a professional liaison for stakeholders.
  • Analyzing multiple reports on behalf of the BS head and supporting him to give insights
  • Meeting Lifecycle Management:Preparing briefing materials recording actionable minutes and tracking post-meeting follow-ups. Will add up to the role of being the BSLT convener and support the entire BSLT.
  • Data Analytics Liaison:Collaborating with the Project Management Office (PMO) to assist in reporting and data-driven decision support Case Study.

2. Administration & Facility Management

  • Facility Operations:Overseeing daily canteen operations pantry services and mailroom logistics to ensure workplace efficiency.
  • Documentation & Governance:Maintaining digital and physical filing systems ensuring compliance with corporate record-keeping policies.
  • Event & MIS Coordination:Leading location-level events and managing Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting and tracking.
  • Vendor Management:Coordinating with external service providers for facility upkeep and administrative supplies.
  • Operational Proxy Support:Serving as a cross-functional backup for Front Office Executives (FOE) and soft services coordination.
