PM Gurugram MRF Waste Management

Job Purpose

Oversee the MRF operations in the city of Gurgaon

Key objectives of this role are:

Responsible for complete operations of MRF at Gurgaon.

Strategizing and support both ZWP Ops and PRF waste handling.

Team Management:

mentor and manage a team of sourcing and operations staff.

regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

backup planning coordinating with contractors on the manpower

requirements.

trainings.

Workers Committee meetings.

Sourcing of Waste:

the purchasing process of waste materials ensuring cost-effectiveness and

quality.

and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

contracts and agreements with suppliers.

internally to ensure MRF & PRF capacities are fully utilised.

the quality of material being sent to MRF/PRF to the sourcing team.

internal transfer between MRF and PRF.

Operational Management:

efficient day-to-day operations of the waste management process.

and monitor operational policies and procedures.

with other departments to streamline processes and improve

productivity.

maintenance of machinery & procurement based on the requirement.

Documentation and Compliance:

-check and verify all operational documentation for accuracy and

completeness.

and audit records as per regulatory requirements.

MIS daily.

submit the PnL on the 30th of each month.

Sales and Target Achievement:

and implement sales strategies to meet organizational targets.

sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

with the team to get end-destination details

with the Plastics team to keep updated on the plastic rate.

Billing & Payments:

with an accountant for raising SO and invoices.

to achieve the AOP targets.

focus on cost optimisation for better profitability.

case of unavailability of an accountant raise invoice & E-way bill.

timely Payments for vendors & service providers.

follow-up (If required).

Logistics:

the negative Environmental impact of Logistics.

Logistics - Coordinate for dispatching materials and ensuring stocks are

never superfluous at the facility.

5S Standards and Safety:

and enforce 5S (Sort Set in order Shine Standardize Sustain) at MRF/PRF.

with the QEHS team for the implementation of 5S at MRF/PRF.

regular safety audits and risk assessments.

a safe working environment for all employees.

preparation during emergencies and ensure the team is equipped to

handle them.

Special Projects:

P1Execution of special projects as applicable.

P2Testing and Implementation of New Technologies at MRF like IOT sensor-based

sorting MHE etc.

Audits & Visits:

with external audit teams to understand the requirements.

with QEHS & third parties for all the required audits.

all the audits and visits conducted at PRF.

ISO standards at the facility.
