Job Summary

Exposure across financial reporting controllership audits MIS and stakeholder management in a fast-scaling environment.

Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports in alignment with accounting standards and internal controls.
Support internal and external audit processes ensuring compliance and timely resolution of findings.
Develop and maintain MIS reports to enable data-driven insights and performance tracking.
Partner with stakeholders across departments to provide financial analysis forecasting and strategic recommendations.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of financial operations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA or CA qualification is a plus.
3 years of experience in financial reporting controllership or audit within a high-growth or scaling environment.
Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI ERP systems).
Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive ownership-driven attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced evolving business landscape.
